Terrorist Attacks in Jordan

After last week bombings in Jordan and the recent arrest of an Iraqi woman associated with terrorist Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi, Ivo Daalder, senior fellow at The Brookings Institution, Reuel Marc Gerecht, fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, Ambassador Edward Gnehm, former U.S. ambassador to Jordan, and Ambassador Karim Kawar, Ambassador to the United States from Jordan, discuss the implications for the Arab world. Daalder argues that a major fear of the Iraq war is now coming to fruition: Iraq is moving from being an importer of terrorism to an exporter of terrorism. The bombing in Jordan was a Zarqawi initiated strike by people who were part of his network. The crucial question now is whether this network is expanding only to Jordan, given Zarqawi's long-standing problem with the country, or is this the beginning of the exportation of the Zarqawi network outside the region?
