Thomas E. Mann spoke on the Diane Rehm Show with guest Norm Ornstein, resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, to discuss the third and final debate of the presidential campaign. Diane and guests spoke about the domestic proposals and problems that were raised Wednesday night in Tempe, Arizona, and predicted how Bush and Kerry's performances may affect strategy going into the last few weeks before Election Day.
