Elaine Duffee conducts background research for the High Value Health Care Project and assists with activities related to the Quality Alliance Steering Committee. She earned a bachelor's degree from Birmingham-Southern College, where she studied Biology- Psychology and conducted health behavior research for her senior thesis.
