Noam Unger was a fellow with the Development Assistance and Governance Initiative and policy director of the Foreign Assistance Reform project. He focused on policies and politics related to modernizing U.S. foreign aid and global development efforts. Currently, he serves as the vice president of Partnerships and External Affairs at Global Citizen Year.
