David C. John

Deputy Director, Retirement Security Project

David John is deputy director of the Retirement Security Project and a senior research fellow with the Thomas A. Roe Institute for Economic Policy Studies at the Heritage Foundation where he focuses on issues relating to pensions, financial institutions, asset building, and Social Security reform.
