David L. Goldwyn is a nonresident senior fellow with the Energy Security Initiative at Brookings and president of Goldwyn Global Strategies, LLC, an international energy advisory consultancy. He served as the U.S. State Department’s special envoy and coordinator for international energy affairs from 2009-2011, reporting directly to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
