Lowy Visiting Fellow, Foreign Policy

Michael Fullilove is the Lowy visiting fellow in Foreign Policy at the Brookings Institution and director of the Global Issues Program at the Lowy Institute for International Policy in Sydney, Australia. A former adviser to Australian Prime Minister Paul Keating, he writes widely on topics including U.S. and Australian foreign policy, Asia, and diasporas.
