Dr. Gregg Bloche is an expert on international health law and policy. His work includes issues of human rights, efficiency in health care, the dual loyalties of physicians in managed health plans, the role of for-profit institutions in medicine, and market-driven regulations to contain medical costs. Dr. Bloche is currently on leave.
