Chad Bown was a nonresident fellow with the Global Economy and Development program from July 2006 to August 2010, when he joined the President's Council of Economic Advisers as a senior economist. While at Brookings, Bown's research focused on U.S. trade policy, international trade disputes, the World Trade Organization and China's integration into the global economy.
