Event Summary

The current armistice regime on the Korean Peninsula ended the military operations, combat activities, and hostile actions between the participants of the Korean War. But the peace has been "unstable" due to the hostile relationship and military confrontation between the two Koreas, as well as between the United States and North Korea.
