Event Summary

Held in conjunction with the official opening of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, this inaugural conference explores the lessons and implications from India's and China's efforts towards economic reform and liberalisation for the rest of Asia and the world. Cosponsored by the Asia Society, the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and The Brookings Institution in collaboration with the East Asian Institute and the Institute of South Asian Studies of the National University of Singapore.
