Andrés Rozental was a nonresident senior fellow with the Brookings Latin America Initiative and former deputy foreign minister of Mexico, who worked primarily on global governance issues, U.S.-Mexico relations, and international migration. He served for many years in Mexico’s diplomatic corps.
