Formerly deputy director of the Brookings-Bern Project on Internal Displacement, Khalid Koser is currently the deputy director and academic dean at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy. He is an expert in international migration, refugees, asylum and internal displacement. He is also the editor of the Journal of Refugee Studies.
