Thomas Kane is a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution where is a contributor to the Evidence Speaks project, and formerly a Senior Fellow at the Brown Center on Education Policy. Kane is an economist and Walter H. Gale Professor of Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He is faculty director of the Center for Education Policy Research.
