Nonresident Senior Fellow, Foreign Policy, Project on International Order and Strategy
Michael Fullilove is the executive director of the Lowy Institute for International Policy in Sydney, Australia and a nonresident senior fellow with the Project on International Order and Strategy in the Foreign Policy program at the Brookings Institution. A historian and lawyer by training, and a former adviser to Australian Prime Minister Paul Keating, he writes widely on topics including U.S. and Australian foreign policy, the U.N. and diasporas.
