The Middle East Youth Initiative was founded in 2006 as a joint project of the Wolfensohn Center for Development at Brookings and the Dubai School of Government.
Starting in 2011, with the conclusion of the work of the Wolfensohn Center, the Middle East Youth Initiative transitions to a new phase of work, with a base in the region and working more closely with its partners there.
