Managing the Federal Employee: Supervising Teleworkers
New Office of Personnel Management rules require agencies to use telework to recruit new employees and ensure the government can maintain continuity of operations in a remote environment. As a result, more supervisors are dealing with teleworkers and need to manage teleworkers in a more effective way. We will explore the unique issues that arise in supervising teleworkers and the strategies that will allow supervisors to work effectively with remote employees.
