Leading the Learning Organization

This course focuses on the role of leaders in enhancing the learning capabilities of individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. Through a series of individual assessments, we will explore the different orientations and preferred learning styles of individuals at all levels in the organization. We will focus on the importance of individual development plans that build human capital in ways that align with the organization’s mission.
