This program will review best practices for developing others and provide a framework for providing clear, constructive, and forward-focused feedback. You will learn how to conduct meaningful coaching conversations and receive individualized feedback on your coaching effectiveness. You also will learn about the unique attributes of each generational cohort in the workplace and ways to connect with each of them. Content also covers how to help employees create Individual Development Plans and link them to agency strategic needs. Finally, you will leave the program with an ability to inspire others in achieving shared organizational goals.
