About the Instructor
Bill Bottom is currently the Joyce and Howard Wood Distinguished Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Professor Bottom’s research addresses decision processes in the negotiation of deals and the resolution of disputes. He is a member of the Academy of Management and American Psychological Society, and is associate editor of the journal Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
